I love the dysfunctional indie-type films, too. But this just had too much wedding...I had to fast-forward through the toasts and the general wedding-ness. Not really a fan of them either, so I guess I should've known. But, Anne Hathaway was really great in this. I loved how messed up she was. It felt like the type of movie that could've been really good...a lot of good acting overall....but it just didn't deliver. I actually kind of liked the movie. I liked that there were no real "bad guys" - they were all just flawed and doing the best that they could. There were a lot of strange bits (the musicians got to me after awhile) but I thought the scene of Big sis bathing little sis was pretty beautiful though.<br/><br/>p.s. I'm not sure I really enjoyed it, although I am generally a fan of movies about dysfunctional families.
